Purpose

The Christian legacy is one of giving, generosity and sacrifice. The gospel writer John tells us that God gave His one and only Son (John 3:16) and that Jesus freely gave of himself (1 John 3:16) to set us free from our sin. The New Testament also records early Christians sharing and caring for one another (see Acts 2 & 4). In fact, one of the first things they did was "...give to anyone in need." (Acts 2:45). The New Testament goes on to tell us about Paul's ministry and how he promoted generosity and actually wanted people to excel in the "grace of giving" (2 Corinthians 8:7).

It is with this same legacy and spirit, that five friends have decided to establish this Trust. Modeling the attitudes and sharing of resources as recorded in the New Testament, the Trustees have established this Trust to help spread the Gospel in Australia.

The Trust Deed is explicit - funds can only be used to further the growth of the church of Christ (non-denominational). The name of the Trust reflects this scope and purpose. The Trustees must use the Fund to spread the Gospel by all worthwhile means including:
