How ACCET works

The Australian church of Christ Evangelistic Trust, or ACCET provides financial support (grants) to congregations of the church of Christ within Australia. This support can be used to help pay for evangelists. It can also help with programs like STAMP and MSOBS, and for other evangelistic needs.

The way ACCET works is quite simple. Donations are made to ACCET. This money is sensibly invested. Each year the investment returns are used to provide the grants.

A donation to ACCET is a gift that keeps on giving. Only the investment returns are used to provide the grants each year. ACCET doesn’t have to pay any tax on the investment returns, as ACCET has been given charitable status by the Australian Taxation Office.
